Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 11, 2026

1. Introduction

FitStack respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you use the FitStack app and how that information is used.

2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

FitStack is designed to work primarily with local on-device storage. The following information may be stored on your device:

  • Workout plans and schedules you create
  • Video links you add to your Library or Planner
  • Video titles, creators, platforms, categories, and cover image references
  • Custom cover images you choose from your photo library
  • Workout completion status and streak-related data
  • App preferences, including notification settings and reminder times
  • Subscription status

3. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not operate user accounts or our own backend service for this App. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, health records, biometric data, advertising identifiers, or social graph information. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your data for tracking.

4. Photo Library Access

FitStack may ask for access to your photo library only when you choose to upload an image as a custom video cover. The selected image is copied into the App's local storage and used only as a cover image inside FitStack. FitStack does not scan your photo library, upload your photos to our servers, or access photos you do not select.

5. Notifications

If you enable workout reminders, FitStack asks Apple for notification permission. Reminder settings are stored locally on your device. You can disable notifications at any time in the App or in iOS Settings.

6. Third-Party Video Services

FitStack lets you add and preview links from third-party platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Twitch, Snapchat, Reddit, Threads, Discord, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. When you paste a supported video link, FitStack may contact the relevant public metadata service, such as YouTube oEmbed, to retrieve a title, creator name, and thumbnail. When you open or preview a video, the third-party platform may receive information according to its own privacy policy.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

FitStack Pro purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles payment processing, subscription management, receipts, refunds where available, and related account information. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

8. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

FitStack does not include third-party advertising SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites. The App does not use third-party analytics services.

9. Data Deletion and Control

Because FitStack stores its App data locally, you can remove your data by deleting the App from your device. You can also edit or delete videos and plans within the App where those features are available. Notification permissions can be managed in iOS Settings.

10. Children's Privacy

FitStack is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide an in-app notice.
