By downloading, accessing, or using FitStack, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
FitStack helps you organize workout routines, save video links, schedule videos into a weekly planner, track workout completion, customize video covers, and receive optional workout reminders. Some features are free, and some features require FitStack Pro.
3. No Medical Advice
FitStack provides planning and organization tools for general fitness and wellness use. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or other health concern. You are responsible for exercising safely and stopping any activity that causes pain or discomfort.
4. Your Content and Third-Party Video Links
You may add links to videos hosted by third-party platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Twitch, Snapchat, Reddit, Threads, Discord, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. FitStack does not host, own, edit, or control third-party video content. You are responsible for the links you add and for complying with the terms and policies of the relevant third-party platforms.
5. Cover Images
FitStack lets you choose preset cover images or select an image from your photo library to customize a video cover. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use any image you select. Uploaded cover images are stored locally in the App's data container on your device.
6. FitStack Pro Subscriptions
FitStack Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings. Any free trial, introductory offer, price, and renewal period will be shown in the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm purchase.
7. App Store Terms
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. Apple's Media Services Terms and applicable App Store rules also apply to your purchase and use of subscription features.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt to reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or use the App in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
9. Intellectual Property
FitStack's design, code, branding, interface, and original content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App except as allowed by law or with written permission.
10. Availability and Changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue App features from time to time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitStack is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every third-party service. FitStack is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including personal injury, data loss, service interruption, or third-party content issues, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
